Terms of Service (TOS) for Moene Nene

Allowed Uses

Editing and Porting
- You are permitted to edit the samples, oto, or the full voicebank of Moene Nene, as long as there is no intent to steal, defame, or otherwise harm H5X2 or NEAR. This includes porting the voicebank to other editors.
- You may release the ported or edited voicebank, provided that H5X2 and NEAR are credited. If you release the voicebank with artwork by K0T0H1KA, you must credit K0T0H1KA for the artwork.
Use in Media
- Use of the Moene Nene voicebank in video games or other non-music related media is allowed, provided that proper credit is given to the relevant parties.
- The character “Moene Nene” may be used in any media as long as it adheres to the terms outlined in this document.
Artwork and Characters
- Artwork of a sexual nature is allowed, provided no minor characters are involved.
- Shipping of Moene Nene is permitted, provided no minor characters are involved.
- Derivative characters based on Moene Nene may be created with permission from H5X2.
Commercial Use
- Commercial use of Moene Nene and her voicebank is allowed only for individuals or small groups.

NFT, Crypto, or AI Use
- Use of Moene Nene and her voicebank for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI purposes is strictly prohibited. RVC and DIFFSINGER are exceptions to this rule.
Creation of CP Material
- Creation of content involving fictional child pornography (FCP) using Moene Nene is strictly prohibited.
Derivative Artwork
- While derivative characters are allowed, they cannot use edited versions of artwork provided by K0T0H1KA. You must create your own artwork.
