Please read the following rules before using the Moene Nene voicebank or character.
By using Moene Nene, you agree to these terms.
■ Allowed
- Editing or modifying the samples, oto, or full voicebank
- Porting the voicebank to other editors or synthesis software
- Releasing edited or ported versions of the voicebank
- Redistribution on personal websites, archives, or compilation media
- Use in music, videos, games, software, and other media
- Creation of fanart and fanworks
- Creation of derivative or alternate characters with permission from H5X2
- Commercial use by individuals or groups
※ Proper credit must always be given.
※ Large-scale or corporate commercial use may require additional permission.
■ Not Allowed
- Use for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related projects
- Use for AI training, datasets, or model creation
- Harassment, hate content, illegal content, or explicit content involving minors
- Misrepresentation as an official product or endorsement
※ RVC and DIFFSINGER usage is allowed.
■ Streaming Services
You are permitted to release songs using Moene Nene on music streaming
services (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, and similar
platforms), provided that the use of Moene Nene is clearly stated in the
song title and/or artist metadata (e.g., “Moene Nene”, “feat. Moene Nene”,
or an equivalent credit).
